What's your shipping time?
Typically, we process your order soon after we receive payment. For expedited free worldwide shipping, items arrive in 17-21 days. Express shipping takes around 7-12 days and is available upon request. Please be aware that items which get delayed by customs processing might severely affect the overall shipping timeline.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible (support@sparklefy.co) if you need to modify or cancel your order within 2-3 days of the placement of the order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
What if the purchased item runs out of stock?
Either you can wait for us to get the item back in the stock, or we will give you a store credit of the same item value amount if that product has been discontinued.
I've never received my parcel, what can I do?
In this case, please first try to contact your local post office to make sure they have your parcel. If the parcel is lost during the delivery process, please let us know we will be more than happy to ship another one for you at no extra cost.
