What is your Return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchases You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If the returned item passes the inspection, we will issue you a store credit of the same item value amount. If the returned item gets rejected upon inspection, we will not be able to accept the return and give you store credit. What is your Refund policy?
We understand that accidental purchases can happen. Sometimes the parcel never gets delivered to you due to unforeseen issues with your local carrier or you might get shipped the wrong item. If such scenarios occur, then please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and expect to receive a refund within 7 to 14 business days.
What if the received Items are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact our support team (email@example.com) so we can reship you a replacement package at no extra cost. Please provide the following as well:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
